STREET UNDERHUNG CRANES Street underhung, or underslung cranes are the ideal solution when supporting steelwork beneath the crane is not an option. We offer single span and multi-span options. As underhung cranes are supported from the roof structure, minimised loadings are usually a requirement. Consequently most underhung cranes are single girder design, although Streets are able to offer double girder options. NES Street manufactures a standard range of single girder underhung cranes in capacities up to 12.5 tonnes. Larger capacities are available upon request but roof loads may be a limiting factor. Multi-span cranes are available with overall bridge lengths greater than 100 metres.
